The classification of sciences in the philosophical tradition of Muslim thinkers is not simply the organization of scientific subjects, but rather a reflection of a rational and final order in understanding existence and man. In this article, emphasizing the views of Avicenna, Al-Farabi, and the Ikhwan al-Safa, it has been shown that the classification of sciences not only plays a role in determining the relationship between branches of knowledge, but also provides a rational framework for organizing education and guiding research. Al-Farabi, with his emphasis on finality and the connection between science and politics, Avicenna, with his presentation of the stages of perception and regulation of the educational process, and the Brotherhood of Safa, with their combination of knowledge and purification, each offer a comprehensive model for education and research. The conclusion of the research is that the revival of classified rationality can be a step towards eliminating epistemic fragmentation, prioritizing education, and rebuilding the connection between science, ethics, and education.
