Education in its original meaning is creating a platform and context for the flourishing of a person's potential talents, in order to grow and evolve in order to achieve desirable goals, so that with the transformation of vision, attitude and actions, a person moves towards the set goals. Islamic education is a desirable education that covers from the most minor issues of life to major issues and covers the whole personality of a person, because Islamic education means to be created with divine ethics. The purpose of this research is to analyze and identify the features of the Islamic education model of the Martyr Haj Qassem Soleimani school based on the components of emotional intelligence. In terms of data collection method and research design, this research is a qualitative research with a content analysis plan, because the qualitative data of this research is from books, lectures, reports and articles related to General Haj Qassem Soleimani. The findings of the research show that among the components of emotional intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, adaptability, intrapersonal intelligence, general character, and strong management were prominent in the life of Sardar Soleimani, and then examples of emotional intelligence in the life of Sardar Haj Qassem Soleimani were expressed as a model of Islamic education.
