In the statement of the second step of the revolution, the leader of the Islamic revolution announced after reviewing the 40-year experience of the Islamic revolution: the revolution "has entered the second stage of self-improvement, socialization and civilization". The second step that should be taken in the framework of the "revolutionary system theory" and with the "efforts of the youth of Islamic Iran" is to realize the ideal of "creating a new Islamic civilization and preparing for the emergence of Hazrat Mahdi (peace be upon him)". In this regard, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing a revolutionary generation training model based on the views of the Supreme Leader in the Grounded Theory method. The data was collected through the document analysis of education and training slips available in the Office of Preservation and Publication of Leadership Works. Socio-statistics consists of slips on the topic of generational education on the website of the Office of the Supreme Leader during the years 1368 to 1397. In order to achieve theoretical saturation, 41 cards were used and sampling was not done. The data were analyzed with the Strauss and Corbin approach during the process of coding, naming, categorizing. Maxqda 2020 software was used for preliminary analysis of qualitative data. Finally, the model of educating the revolutionary generation was designed based on the views of the Supreme Leader. The results of the research indicate the general categories identified in the form of a paradigmatic model, including causal conditions (with 39 initial codes), intervening conditions (14 codes), strategies (28 codes) and consequences (16 codes) in a field with opportunities, threats and weaknesses. and strengths and for the central phenomenon of Islamic education, which shows the design components of the Islamic generation model based on the views of the Supreme Leader.
