Background and Aim: The ultimate goal of courses and training programs for leaders and members of Islamic movements and revivalist initiatives is to educate and train effective and impactful movement elements whose feedback can be observed and followed in the mission and field environment. This research aims to develop a management model for training programs of Islamic movements and revivalist initiatives.
Methodology: The sample consisted of 18 university experts and opinion leaders in the field of regional studies, selected through purposive non-probability sampling, and data-driven theory was used to design the model. Initially, based on the data-driven approach, the available texts were coded in the first phase, and in the subsequent phase, through axial coding after statistical analysis of main and subcategories, the management model for training programs of Islamic movements and revivalist initiatives was developed based on Islamic teachings, the statements of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution, and practical experiences in various periods. After consulting with experts and specialists in management, sociology, ethnography, and political science, the mentioned model was modified and designed.
Findings: One of the most significant findings of the research is that for the effectiveness of training programs of Islamic movements, attention to three fundamental components, namely accurate needs assessment, environmental conditions, and organizational culture of the movements, is necessary.
Results: The designed model provides the necessary theoretical basis for managing the education and training system of Islamic movements. Moreover, the dimensions, components, and indicators of managing training programs of Islamic movements are presented in this research.
