The main goal of this research is to reexamine Allameh Tabatabaei's theory of credits in order to deny the determinism of nature and the intended development of systems of domination and to explain human will and freedom, while at the same time, the principles and components of political education are derived based on the theory of credits. For this purpose, first, the influence of socialist and liberal determinism was examined using a descriptive method and conceptual analysis and criticized with a critical approach. Next, Allameh's theory of credits was described and analyzed to explain freedom. Then, using a progressive deductive method, the ultimate goal and anthropological foundations of Allameh's theory of credits were determined. Finally, the principles and components of political education were derived from them.the results of this research indicate that socialist and liberal political systems with humanistic foundations emphasize the determinism of nature and evolution and have imposed systemic determinism on mankind. In contrast, the theory of credits provides an analysis of the human soul and its mode of action that justifies the illusion of evolutionary determinism because a person who is subject to deterrence has fallen from thinking (not doing) and sees only a thought in front of him, and that thinking (doing) that he has adopted, otherwise the act would not be realized and no movement would be created. In the view of Allameh, the highest political goal is monotheism. The principle of choice as an intermediate concept is related to the foundations, principles, and components in a complex relationship and is breathed into its body like a soul.
