شناسایی مؤلفه های عدالت آموزشی در اسناد بالادستی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه های عدالت آموزشی در اسناد و مدارک بالا دستی کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران با روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوا کیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، برنامه درسی ملی، نقشه جامع علمی کشور، قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و همچنین قانون برنامه پنجساله ششم توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشند که در زمره مهم ترین اسناد و مدارک رسمی کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار دارند. با توجه به هدف پژوهش کلیه اسناد به عنوان جامعه هدف مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند و از نمونه گیری استفاده نشد. مؤلفه های عدالت آموزشی شناسایی شده در نهایت در 5 مضمون کلی فراگیر دسته بندی شدند که عبارتند از توجه به عدالت در عناصر برنامه درسی، توانمندسازی عادلانه، پوشش همه مخاطبان، مدیریت و توزیع عادلانه منابع و توجه به نقادی و تقویت روحیه عدالت گرایی که این مضامین شامل20 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 91 مضمون پایه می‌باشند. برای تحقق عدالت آموزشی در طراحی و تدوین برنامه ها به این مؤلفه ها باید توجه شود تا کلیه یادگیرندگان در همه مناطق کشور به شکل عادلانه از فرصت های آموزشی و تربیتی بهره برند.

چکیده [English]

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the components of educational justice in the upstream documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran using the qualitative content analysis research method. The statistical population of the research is the document of the fundamental transformation of education, the national curriculum, the comprehensive scientific map of the country, the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as the law of the sixth five-year economic, social and cultural development plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which are among the most important official documents in iran. According to the purpose of the research, all documents were studied as the target population and sampling was not used. The identified components of educational justice were finally categorized into 5 overarching general themes, which include attention to justice in curriculum elements, fair empowerment, coverage of all audiences, fair management and distribution of resources, and attention to criticism and strengthening the spirit of justice. Which,These themes include 20 organizing themes and 91 basic themes. In order to achieve educational justice in the design and formulation of programs, attention should be paid to these components so that all learners in all regions of the country can benefit from educational opportunities in a fair way.
