نقش هیئت‌های دانشجویی در تربیت دانشجو تراز انقلاب اسلامی

چکیده

هر جامعه‌ای دارای سازمان‌ها، نهادها و مؤسسات مختلف است از جمله دانشگاه، که به عنوان تربیت کننده نیروی متخصص جوامع دارای جایگاه ویژه‌ای است. در کنار فرایند رسمی تعلیم و تربیت، دانشگاه‌ها دارای انجمن‌ها، تشکل‌ها و نهادهایی نیز هستند که دانشجویان در آن‌ها به فعالیت می‌پردازند و در پیشبرد اهداف دانشگاه و جامعه تأثیرگذار هستند که یکی از آنها، هیئت‌های مذهبی دانشجویی است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی نقش هیئت‌های دانشجویی در تربیت دانشجو تراز انقلاب اسلامی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی بوده و از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است، برای این منظور ابتدا با جستجو در منابع کتابخانه‌ای و منابع الکترونیکی و سایت‌های مرتبط ویژگی‌های دانشجو تراز انقلاب اسلامی را شناسایی کرده سپس از طریق مصاحبه با متولیان هیئت‌ها، مداحان، سخنرانان، معاونت‌های فرهنگی و دانشجویی دانشگاه‌ها، استادان و صاحب نظران مرتبط با هیئت‌های دانشجویی شاخص دانشگاه‌های تهران، نقش هیئت‌های دانشجویی در تربیت دانشجو تراز انقلاب اسلامی شناسایی شد. از میان هیئت‌های دانشجویی، هیئت‌های میثاق با شهدای دانشگاه امام صادق‌علیه‌السلام، هیئت الزهراءسلام‌الله‌علیها دانشگاه صنعتی شریف و هیئت اصحاب الحسین‌علیه‌السلام دانشگاه تهران، بر اساس معیارهایی به عنوان هیئت شاخص انتخاب و بررسی شدند. جامعه آماری مصاحبه شونده‌ها 99 نفر بود که با نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی پس از انجام 13 مصاحبه، داده‌های این پژوهش با اطمینان به اشباع نظری رسیده است. یافته‌های اصلی پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نقش هیئت‌های دانشجویی در تربیت دانشجو تراز انقلاب اسلامی شامل کارکردهای تربیت دینی (تربیت عبادی و اعتقادی، تربیت اخلاقی، تربیت ولایی و تربیت معنوی)، تربیت انقلابی، تربیت تشکیلاتی، تربیت سیاسی، تربیت اجتماعی، تربیت عاطفی، تربیت هنری و تربیت اقتصادی و حرفه‌ای می‌باشد

چکیده [English]

very society has different organizations, institutions, and institutions, including the university, which has a special position as the trainer of the expert force of the society. In addition to the formal process of education, universities also have associations, organizations and institutions in which students are active and are influential in advancing the goals of the university and society, one of which is student religious councils. The purpose of this research was to identify the role of student councils in the education of students at the level of the Islamic Revolution. The current research method is qualitative and thematic analysis strategy has been used. For this purpose, first by searching in library resources and electronic resources and related sites, the characteristics of the Islamic Revolution level student were identified, and then through interviews with the trustees of the delegations, lecturers, and speakers. , the cultural and student vice-chancellors of universities, professors and experts related to the prominent student councils of Tehran universities, the role of student councils in the education of students at the level of the Islamic Revolution was identified. Among the student boards, the Covenant with the Martyrs of Imam Sadiq University, the Al-Zahra Board of Sharif University of Technology, and the Companions of Al-Hussein Board of Tehran University were selected and reviewed based on criteria. The statistical population of interviewees was 99 people, and by snowball sampling after conducting 13 interviews, the data of this research has confidently reached theoretical saturation. The main findings of the research show that the role of student councils in student education at the level of the Islamic Revolution includes the functions of religious education (devotional and religious education, moral education, provincial education and spiritual education), revolutionary education, organizational education, political education, social education, It is artistic education and economic and professional education.
