The purpose of this study is to explain and examine the educational goals of the second phase of the revolution statement. The research method was descriptive-analytical. First, the goals of the statement were identified, each of the goals, according to the subject, was included in one of the six main domains of education, and then they were examined and analyzed. Results showed that the educational goals of the socio-political domain have the largest frequency. The goals of this domain define the duties and obligations of individuals in socio-political activities and cause them to play a role and ultimately gain more prestige for Iran in the international communities. The educational goals of the religious and moral domain are in the second place meaning that if all the conditions are ready for the role-playing of individuals, but they are indifferent to the realization of the goals of the religious and moral domain, the ultimate goal of education, which is the divine gratification, cannot be achieved. The frequency of the goals of the economic and professional domain is very close to that of the scientific and technological domain, indicating the close relationship between these domains, because after equipping and strengthening scientific and technological infrastructure, we will observe economic and professional growth and development. Aesthetic and artistic, biological and physical domains have the least frequencies indicating that implementation of the comprehensive and sufficient instructions will pave the way for vitality, hope, and attention to human capacities in a society, and the goals of these two domains will be achieved automatically.
